LadyBugsNButterflies.Com accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased via its web site within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Items will only be accepted in their original and unused condition.

LadyBugsNButterflies.Com will refund the entire amount of the purchase. We will send you a refund check or credit your credit card within one week.

Returns will only be made for items that can be verified to have been purchased through our web site. LadyBugsNButterflies.Com will not take returns or exchanges for items purchased at retail locations or at sample sales.

A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied the web order must be included with returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy.
